Waste management is a demanding sector with each job throwing up its own unique set of challenges and we regularly receive emergency request for job specific hose assemblies and tanker adaptors. For example the tanker sent to do the job may have Bauer inlet/oulet fittings as standard and when it arrives on site the client’s tanks are all fitted with URT connections.
This is pretty much a daily challenge for us and we have a lot of experience in bespoke assemblies and the necessary tanker adaptors, seals and gaskets etc.
Increasingly we are asked to give each hose a specific identification number on a durable tag, and our Hose I.D. ensures that the hose assemblies are fully traceable and comply with site requirements.
Full hydrostatic and electrical continuity tests are available on a wide range of rubber & thermoplastic hoses and test certificates can be issued for individual hoses at a small cost.
Hose Identification also helps cut down pilferage and cross contamination, with specific vehicles(e.g. Acid Barrels) carrying specific hose & fittings.
Along with suction and delivery pipes, we also offer a full range of rubber & thermoplastic jetting hoses and hydraulic hose assemblies for high pressure applications.
